5.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date, we terminate your subscription, or payment fails.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting support@quantumfira.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time

6.2 Refund Policy

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You must not:

QUANTUM FIRA DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS.

What We Are:

  • A calculator and data visualisation service

What We Are NOT:

  • Financial advisers (we are not FCA authorised)
  • Investment advisers or wealth managers
  • Brokers, dealers, or investment firms

Fira Software Ltd is NOT authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fira Software Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, investment losses, or data loss.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
